Easy Sunday: creepy edition

We interrupt this Easy Sunday to show you this...

We have this crazy plant growing in our front garden.

It's a new variety of lily...


Called the Snail Lily (Liliaceae gastropodus sp grossioutus).

The snails seem to be open only in the morning.
Here is that same plant in later in the afternoon:


Pretty gross cool, huh?

  5. Yuck! We don't think our head peep would want fake snails in the garden. Very interesting, though. We had never heard of that before.

  7. LOL. Snails... hmmmm... creepy... at least they didn't leave any bite marks on that lily... grossioutus... sounds sciency...
