I have no one to blame

I have my own room and it is really nice.  No other cat is allowed in here.

 

Yup.  It's me and only me here. 

The only drawback is that I don't have anycat to blame things on, since, um...yeah...I'm the only one that is ever in here.

Take the other day, for instance.
Mom found a bit of yak on our computer chair...

 

Woops!  Heh-heh!

At least mom left me her fleecy sweatshirt.

As soon as we post about Minnie not wanting to play, Smidgen goes and does this...

Toesday with Minnie

Yello!

It's me! Minnie, and my pawsies of course.

 

Mom brought the roulette wheel out from Hollie's room.

I discovered I like scratching the cardboardy part!

 

 

I don't care for playing roulette though.

Mom tries to get me to whap at the balls by playing with this wand toy in the ball track.

 

 

Nope.  Not interested.  I just want to get that fleecy knot!

She even put my fav'rite yellow soccer ball in the track.  Still no go...tho I was able to get my soccer ball out and whap it all across the floor.

 

 

Mom is back to work this week after having the last two off.  She was really bummed yesterday and it is kind of a drag not having her around all day to cater to our every whim.

 

Well, my pawsies and I have to take advantage of this playtime.

Nesting

The lady let me have her old puffy jacket as a bed in my closet, so I'd have a comfy place to hide.  Yeah, I guess it was ok.  But I thought my nest needed a little bit more.

 

 

So I pulled this other jacket off the hanger.  Now my nest is softer and cozier.  It's not like the lady wears that jacket anyways.

 

And then as the lady was poking around more in my closet, she saw another coat that she said she thought for sure she had covered in a plastic bag.

 

 

Um...yeah...about that...well, I needed it for part of my nest too.

 

The lady also cleared off a bit of shelf space in my closet.

 

 

I'm not sure if I can make the jump.

 

 

So I'm just think about it for a bit...

um...have a nice Sunday, everybuddy!

Living Dangerously

I know, I know!

 

 

I shouldn't be napping in here!  Why, it doesn't take much for my comfy cave to turn on me and become the Evil PTU.  I can't help it though!  It's so warm and cozy in here.

 

 

If the warm air blowy thing is on, I like to sit on top.  Other times, I can't resist the cozy inside.

Toesday with Minnie

Yello!

It's me...Minnie!  Well, mostly just my pawsies.

 

We are about to climb on mom's shoulder.

 

 

I like doing this since I realized that I can.  Now if I see mom bending over or if she's sitting in such a way that she doesn't leave me a lap, I just jump aboard her back or shoulders.  I can catch her from this tree too.

Here we go...

 

 

Well, halfway at least...

 

 

I can't beleive this is the first Toesday of a new year!  None of us here really go in for resolutions, but I thought my pawsies and I should try to cause as much trouble have as much fun as we can in the coming year.
