Caturday recap

Mom went out shopping yesterday.
"Our" pet food store was having their anniversary sale.  They are an indy pet shop and have been around for 28 years!  Isn't that pawsome?  Mom has been shopping there for the past 10 years at least.  Anyhoo, she stocked up on some food and treats.  ok... mostly for Wriggley...but we all got some fun swag!

This was the stuff from our "meow" swag bag...

...plus Wriggley's "woof" swag...

Totally pawsome!
Mom consolidated everything into one bag.

We kitties noticed mom left a package of treats in our bag.  We were worried she was going to toss the bag out along with our treats!  We tried to tear open the bag and rescue the treats but couldn't quite manage it.  Thankfully mom noticed the torn bag and looked inside and found our treats.  Whew!  Close call, I tell you.

Mom also has this new book full of projects for backyard birding.

We were watchin some videos as we flipped through the book.  I helped her find a project we can do.  Hopefully this Easy Sunday we can put her to work out in the yard while we take it easy :D

Have a good one, everybuddy!

  1. Wow you got lots of food! Glad the treat got rescued :-)
Book about backyard birding, does this mean you might have more birds to watch? That'll be exciting!

  2. Thank Cod you keep an eye on your Mom...that was a close shave with treat deprivation!

  3. THIS is just the reason kitties need to supervise their humans! It's probably safer to send her off on a backyard project.

  6. If our local pet store had the good stuff we eat, we would have TBT shop there too. But they can't be depended on. And the nearest "indy" store is 20 miles away.
