Easy Sunday

Our Sunday started out easy enough.
We all had a nice slow morning and then momma got to doing stuff.  She's started bicycle riding again since she doesn't have a walking buddy in Wriggley any more.  Today was a bit wet and ugly out so she just did some clean up stuffs to her road bike.

Then she got the bright idea to clean up her mountain bike.  She came in from the garage to get a cleaning towell out of the hall closet.  Of course she never want us kitties to go into the closet and momma thought she did a pretty good job of blocking me out.  I was still exploring when she closed the door!  Sometimes momma will do that to us when she knows we're inside but then open it again after maybe a minute.  But this time she didn't!

Momma went back outside and must've been gone for at least 87 squilllion hours an hour before she came back in, heard my meows, and figured out where I was!

Boy was I glad to see her.  She said it's my own fault, whatever that's s'posed to mean.
Now, though, I can back to the easy part of my Sunday.
Have a good one, everybuddy!

  2. OH TEAH! We hate it when we get trapped in any spot. Even a real room where we would be happy woith an open door. But it is NEVER our fault. The Beins are allus to blame!!!

  4. Oh no! Sorry you got stuck in the closet. My boys have the same experience...sometime you kitties are too stealthy to notice :-)

  5. Don't feel bad, Sharpie! It happens to all of us. I got shut in the pantry once.

  7. Sharpie, once I got locked out in the garage...and it was January! I was stuck out there for about 2 hours. Since then, I try real hard not to get locked into places...unless it was my idea all along. ~Ernie
