Easy on a Sunday

It’s harvest time, so yesterday we lost mom to another Caturday morning of work. When she got home her clothes were all stinky and dirty. But you know what? I love it after she’s walked in her stinky squash plants! I love the smell and I love to rub all over her dirty jeans.

I purr and purr... ::whispers:: I even drool, I'm so happy

aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh...

So last week on Tuesday it was like 107 degrees F here. Yow! But yesterday the temps were only in the high 70’s-low 80’s. Sweet! I was outside for a bit in the afternoon. Then, an introoder cat tried to come into MY yard!  I yelled and screamed at it to go away. Suddenly mom was right there to have me come inside – but the 'trooder cat went away! Hah!

We spent most of yesterday afternoon relaxing, enjoying the cool weather, and we’ll probably do more of the same today. Hope efurryone is having a nice, cool, weekend too!

Oh, hi!  I keep thinking it's Toesday.  What's that?  It is!?!  Great!  Well, I was kinda thinkin you might be tired o' lookin at my paws.  So I'm gonna show you Smidgen's pawsies!

Easy Sunday

It has been a beautiful weekend here, though the hots are 'sposed to be coming back soon.  We're all taking it easy.  Today I helped mom with her crossword puzzle.

Then I took a nap with my teddy bear.

Thankful Thursday

So mom came home early on Toesday and lookit!  She had our special shopping bag - and it was full -  of fudz - for us!!!

hmmm what have we got here...

I knew something was up - that mom "just being home early with our shopping" was too good to be true.  So I took efurryone's advice... and hid!!!  Ha!  You can't get me now!

::Sigh:: Yes, I had my not-much-of-a-joy ride... to the V-E-T. What can I say? There was no escape. I was tricked and captured in the PTU! Anywho, I had to have my blood retake a test.  About a month ago I was at the V-E-T to have my teefs cleaned and my blood did not pass the glucose test. I was very scared that day... my blood included! They wanted to check me again to be sure I didn't have dyed beadies, whatever that is.  And I don't!

I still have a problem in my mouf and it'll hurt so I'm not always wanting to eat much. Tho, I still gained a bit of weight! Mom was relieved.

We are all thankful for our fudz and our healths. We are sad tho that there are kitties that don't feel too good right now and that some have even crossed the Bridge. We are purring purrs of comfort to those not feeling well and to the families who have lost beloved family members.
