Mom made me rush through my breakfast this morning and even took it away before I could finish!

Oh sure, she said she'd let me finish later.

 

Well, when later came around, I did not want to go back into the kitchen...

 

This is going to be a good Caturday after all.

Easy Sunday

We enjoyed a lazy, Easy Sunday morning with our Momma.

 

Later, when she got up to do stuff, we commandeered her warm spot.

 

 

oh, hi.  You're back.  I suppose you are going to make me move.

Minnie was actually safe and ended up leaving the spot on her own.

 

Really Momma?!?!??

I wasn't so lucky.

Wordless Wednesday: Happy Boxing Day!

Downsized!

No, no...not what you might be thinking...we haven't moved or anything.

See, the lady has been eyeing this corner and Wriggley's old crate our super-duper huge-o-deluxe kitty condo and thinking she could use the space for her junk.  Oh sure, she said she would set up the smaller, just-sort-of-deluxe condo that was Lilly's when she first came here.

Of course, I couldn't have that so I had to step up the game.

See, you can't give us something smaller...there is barely room in here for the two of us!

Unfortunately I couldn't convince her.  She had her mind set on a bookshelf for the space and we'd just have to make do with the smaller set up.

Wow, that is gonna be small!

Everybuddy else seemed to like it all ok.

 

I'm not so impressed.

Easy SUNday

We all invaded Hollie's room to catch some sun-puddlin action.

 

Of course she didn't mind.

Momma had a nightmare last night.  She said it was one of those dreams where she was trying to get away from something skeery but couldn't move for a heavy weight on her chest.

She fell asleep listening to an audio book that might have factored in to it but we can't figure what the heavy weight bit was all about...



She was able to let out a couple of stifled screams to wake herself up.  That part was skeery for us!

Momma went out today to visit her feral family.  She has been their food lady for over a year now and she can pet them and they will rub against her legs.  Normally we don't pay attention to their smells when Momma gets home but for some reason, today we just could not get enough sniffs of her pants legs.

Besides all that we are having a nice weekend and we even had a brief episode on the Extreme Bird Channel!

Easy Sundays

It is a usual Easy Sunday/Easy weekend around here.

 

Minnie and Ditto 09/03

Momma went out and about to get both us and her some food supplies.  At the pet store check out, she had close to 30 cans of a couple different flavors of stinky goodness.  The store clerk asked her how many cats she had.  She answered "7...but that is food for just two of them..."  tee hee!

 

Ditto 09/10 

This weekend has been really nice here.  Outside's at least 20 degrees cooler compared to last weekend so we get to enjoy open windows and the cold air blowy machine can have a rest.  Our backyard is becoming a squirrel playground.  We do like to watch them run around but we think it is a little bit rude that they can go into our catio and we can't!

 

Ditto 09/17 

Our momma likes to play with building toys.  She doesn't appreciate it when we chew on them play with them too, though.  She had some sets out today and while she was gone we destroyed them had a go at playing.  At least she had the fun of building everything again when she got home.  tee hee! 

Ok, time to get back to takin' it easy.

It's cold here!  We're keeping our pawsies to ourselves.

Oh, in case you don't recognize the lump, this is Sharpie.  I like to crawl under the mat that is on this bed so I can be warmer.  Last night Minnie was already laying on top and I crawled under where I could and then shoved her off.  tee hee!

Wait,  how about some guest pawsies?

We have these staying here, hopefully for just a little while :)

Merry Easy Sunday Christmas

huh-lo!

Gosh, it seems like the longer we are away, the harder it is to get our mom to help us post.

My and Sharpie's first birfday came and went, as did Sharpie Day and Ditto Day.

And now it's Christmas!

 

We are all doing ok.  Today is mostly a typical Easy Sunday.  Sandy Clawrs left us some special noms for our Christmas dinner and we're all looking forward to that.
