Hullo!

In case you don't remember me, it's Sharpie!

 

This was me yesterday on Easy Momma's Day Sunday sucking up to Momma giving momma some cuddle time on her special day.

Earlier she had gone out to do some shopping.  When she got home, she opened a box of her treats.  I lulled Momma into a false sense of security as she left the box out and I ignored it.  But then I decided to help myself to one.

I led Momma on a merry chase through the house I tried to find a quiet spot to enjoy my treat.  Under the bed?  Nope, Momma could still poke at me.  Even Ditto wanted some.  Get your own!  I couldn't even find peace under the couch.

Momma thought I'd trade her for some of our favorite treats: freeze dried mussels - we usually attack her when she gets them out.  As soon as she had the package, well, Ditto attacked her.  tee hee!  Momma shut him away and tried again with the trade, but I was not going to give up my treat of rice and marshmallowy krispy goodness!

 

In the end Momma finally tackled me and ripped my snack out of my mouth I decided I'd settle for some regular kitty treats.

So here I am, hanging out with Momma, you know, just to show her there are no hard feelings, I'm sorry if I might've chomped on her in the melee I forgive her for stealing my special treat.

If you want something done...

I don't think momma is ever going to help us do a blog post.

I guess I'll have to take matters into my own paws.

 

Only...

I might need to rethink this compooter set up...

 

 erm...I'm gonna need a scooch again...

Momma thought I, Sharpie, was a bit strange for sitting here on the edge of the cat tree-top.

I told her I was practicin my balance, where I'd have a net, so to speak.

 

I have to be ready, so at a moment's notice I can spring into action...

 

as Danger Cat!

  

Don't worry, no Sharpie broke his head in the making of this post.

Easy Sunday

We're having a beautiful spring-like weekend with lotsa sunpuddles and temperatures in the 70's.

Yesterday was a bit blustery so there was some good leaf action to watch.  I love watching the leaves blow around!

And even feavers!

 

Would you believe that mess?  Yeah, the mom lady saw that out the window and then realized there was a breakfast program on the Xtreme Bird Channel in progress!

 

We can't tell for sure if he got a mocker bird or a pigeon.  And then today the mom lady went and filled our bird feeders paid up our regular bird channel premiums... er, sorry little birdies...

Sunpuddles or not, we are still game for some lap time to round out this Easy weekend.
