It's a new variety of lily...
Called the Snail Lily (Liliaceae gastropodus sp grossioutus).
The snails seem to be open only in the morning.
Here is that same plant in later in the afternoon:
Pretty gross cool, huh?

My human LIKES snails! She is fascinated by them. But then, she has never tried to have a real garden either!
