Easy Sunday

The way today started, we weren't sure if it wasn't going to be an unEasy Sunday

Mom had to change up her morning routine with Wriggley so they could get out on their morning walkie earlier, before it got too hot.  Well, what with some other things mom was doing before they left, that meant we had to wait for our breakfast until they got back home!

It was proly close to noon 8:30 when they got back.  Mom started doin some more things outside and then finally she started getting our breakfasts together.  She put our dishes and food out on the counter.  But then for some reason she thought the Kirbymonster needed to get out and eat some furs and dirt off the carpets first!  She started in Pip's room and then stopped.  Whew!  She got Pip's breakfast together and Pip got to go eat.  Then, when she went to let Hollie out of her room, she took the Kirbymonster in there to eat up the carpet fur!

I'm sure you can imagine all of ours state of starvation.
What with our dishes on the counter, and mine with some leftovers in it, Minnie took things into her own paws...

"I'm not in trouble if mom goes for the flashy box first..."

At least that motivated mom to finish up with our meals.
And a small consolation:  us kitties got to eat before Wriggley :)

 

Now we can all get on we our Easy Sunday!
