Oh, we are having a lovely Caturday and hope efurryone else is too. We were nice to mom and let her sleep in just a little, but we still got breakfast for, um, breakfast (and not lunch!). She spent the morning doing yard chores (she sure knows how to have fun, eh?) I got to go outside to the front when she was done and inspect her work.
Looked ok to me. I'm a cat of many words and I'm not afraid to say what's on my mind. I discuss the finer points of yard care with mom:
I could hear some critter activity in the shrubbery. Hmmm...could be some fun hunting a-paw...
What's that, mom? You hear it too?
Whatta ya mean, you don't want me to catch any lizards?!? D'oh! Well, thankfully there are no embarrassing photos of me be scooped up and carted back inside. Sigh. Well, at least I can enjoy the view from my library window and keep track of anything interesting that might happen...
Not quite the same, but it'll do, it'll do...
Poor Pip! But at least you got to go Outside for a while.
ReplyDeleteYay, you got some outdoor time! But tell your mom not to spoil your fun with the lizards!
ReplyDeleteYou looked like you were having fun, even if you didn't get to go lizarding!
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a chance for some outside time, Pip. Looks like it was a beautiful day! Sorry your mommy didn't let you play with that lizard, though!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice that you could spend some time outside. I'm sorry that you could not play with lizards, but they can be mean so it's good that your mom stopped you :-)
ReplyDeleteAw, your human is a fun killer, keeping you from being a lizard killer! But I am one to talk, I am not allowed outside at all.
ReplyDeleteAt least you have a window to look out of. My window views are boring.
ReplyDeleteGlad you got out and inspected Mom's yard work. I never get out since I slipped outta my harness. My Mom wouldn't let me have a lizard either...Kassey
ReplyDeleteYup, your Mom sure knows how to party. Yard work. woo-hoo. NOT!
ReplyDeleteAt least she has the sense to let a Cat properly inspect her labor!
Next time just GO for that lizard...they are verreh tasty.
We're not allowed outside but we SURE did love your photos!!!
